Als sich 2008 die Gründung von Cliff Richard & The Drifters/Shadows zum 50. Mal jährte, wurde eine „Reunion“-Tour für 2009 angekündigt. Im September und Oktober fanden 22 Konzerte in Großbritannien statt, im November folgten 14 Auftritte in Europa, denen sich in Februar und März 2010 noch 20 Termine in Australien, Neuseeland und Südafrika anschlossen. Fast alle Konzerte waren, teilweise innerhalb weniger Stunden, ausverkauft. Über 500.000 verkaufte Karten sprechen für sich.
