Worum geht es in Memory of the Dead?
Alicia und Jorge sind ein glücklich verheiratetes Ehepaar. Deren Glück findet ein jähes Ende, als Jorge eines Nachts unerwartet im Schlaf stirbt. Für seine Frau bricht eine Welt zusammen. Dennoch möchte sie den letzten Willen ihres Mannes erfüllen. Sie versammelt alle, die ihrem Mann etwas bedeutet haben, in einem abgelegenen Landhaus, um gemeinsam an ihn zu erinnern. Bald schon entpuppt sich der letzte Wille von Jorge jedoch als eine List von ihm, um seine eigene Rückkehr aus dem Jenseits zu sichern. Hierfür sollen alle seine Freunde und Bekannte einem dunklen Ritual zum Opfer fallen…
