모나는 해외에서 의료 자선단체에서 일하던 중 그녀가 아끼던 동생이 잔인하게 살해당했다. 그 죽음이 묻힌 가족의 비밀을 밝혀내면서, 모나는 배신, 음모, 그리고 살인의 혼란 속으로 깊이 빠져든다.
