在很久很久以前，人们登上月球，在月球上建立了斯菲阿国。之后人们来往于月球与地球之间，但是因为数百年前的一次战争，一般身份的市民已经不能来往于两地了。这个故事的舞台就在月球与地球的唯一连接窗口“满弦崎中央联络港”所在的满弦崎中央联络港市。本作的主人公叫作朝雾达哉，在他的家里住着未来月球国的公主名叫菲娜·法姆·阿修莱特，据说是为了学习更多的知识，见识更多的事物，来地球做寄宿学习的。
